We recommend to read manuals before you start installation and configuration. Installation is easy, so it is OK for average user of PC. Configuration can do anybody who has basic PC skills and who knows basic format of XML. All users ( of all skills ) will safe a lot of time by reading documentation.

If you purchased support from us, you can contacts us directly according to contractual agreement.

For the others we try to help you on our WEB or email profiview@maxpro.cz. Please, try to formulate your question shortly and precisely. You can add to your email your configuration or part of log files or another information which can help us to analyze your problem and answer your question.
